Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a seasoned Dams Engineer at the Lead to Principal level to join our market-leading Northern Australia Dams Group. Our team delivers some of the most complex and high-profile dams and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally — offering you the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact. This role can be based in any of our Northern Australia office locations.

Provide Technical Leadership
* Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Support Client Engagement & Business Development
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Support Team Development
* Mentor and support junior engineers.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Drive Project Delivery
* Identify and pursue new opportunities.
* Support site-based assignments during construction phases as needed.
What you will bring to the team:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree qualifications in civil engineering or related discipline.
* RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
* Be a seasoned professional with an in depth understanding of dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
* Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
