About the role
Responsibilities
* Slicing cold meats
* Grating and cutting cheeses
* Preparing lunch bar ingredients
* Making deli rolls and sandwiches neatly and fast under pressure
* Cleaning and serving customers in other areas of the shop
* Starting shifts at 5am on some days
* Making platters and grazing boxes
Skills and experience
Must have good customer service skills, good product knowledge of continental and international foods, food preparation skills, and stock control management.
Ability to work with a team and knowledge of safe work and food handling practices are essential.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
