Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager, Aboriginal Health
About the Role:
The position plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with external organizations to support partnerships between Justice Health and various stakeholders. The incumbent coordinates the development and monitoring of strategic objectives, performance targets, and outcome measures that facilitate service planning in Aboriginal Health.
Key responsibilities include overseeing service delivery planning, data collection, project management, policy development, and engagement within the organization. The Strategic Partnerships Manager collaborates closely with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHO's), New South Wales Local Health Districts (NSWLHD's), Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW), Youth Justice NSW (YJNSW), and other government and non-government organizations.
This role provides expert guidance to the Director Aboriginal Health and Executive leadership team on Justice Health NSW strategic priorities for Aboriginal Health initiatives. The position is responsible for leading the transformation of Justice Health NSW services to improve the lives of Aboriginal people by building strong internal and external partnerships and designing culturally safe services for communities across our region.
