About the Role
We are seeking a Claims Builder to manage and submit outcome claims across our Employment Service Areas. In this pivotal role, you will gather and verify claims evidence in line with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) guidelines, conduct quality assurance checks, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate submissions. You will work closely with Regional and Business Managers to forecast outcomes and provide regular updates on claims performance.
The role can be based at any of our Westgate ESA sites:Sunshine, Melton, Point Cook, Taylors Lakes and Werribee.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, review, and submit claims evidence in accordance with IEA outcome guidelines
* Conduct daily quality checks on placements and post-placement support
* Maintain compliance notes and ensure accurate database management
* Collaborate with Employment Mentors, participants, and employers to secure documentation
* Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and performance updates to the Revenue Manager
* Identify opportunities for process improvement to boost conversion rates and employer satisfaction
About You
You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment. With strong communication skills, you can adapt your approach to suit a range of stakeholders. You have at least 2 years of industry experience with knowledge of claims, outcomes, and post-placement support, and you're comfortable working with complex processes and meeting KPIs.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to achieve targets and work to deadlines
* Experience with quality assurance and compliance processes
