Delivery Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering mobility equipment to private homes, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, occupational therapists, healthcare facility staff, hospitals, and nursing facilities to ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services.
You will also be responsible for undertaking assembly of equipment, client support through demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver mobility equipment to private homes, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, occupational therapists, healthcare facility staff, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
* Undertake assembly of equipment and client support through demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirements.
* Efficiently schedule and manage deliveries and pickups of living aids.
* Perform manual handling and unload/load freight.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to perform manual handling.
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
* National Police Check & NDIS Screening Check.
