Job Title: Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office.

About the Role

* The role is a full-time position with a focus on administration and office management.
* You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
* You will work closely with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Additional responsibilities include managing Helpdesk Tickets, supporting the Return to Work initiative, and working on Safety Initiatives and Projects.
* You will also be responsible for developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
* Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising staff and coordinating projects.
* Helpdesk Management: Manage Helpdesk Tickets for Grace Compliance System - IMS, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
* Safety Initiatives: Support the Return to Work initiative and work on Safety Initiatives and Projects to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

* Experience in an administration role with a focus on office management and administration.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
* An interest in Risk and Compliance, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
