We are looking for an HR Business Partner experienced in case management to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.

**Primary purpose of the role**
Deliver customer focused and consistent people, culture and workforce consulting services and advice on a range of operational activities to support a high performing and accountable and inclusive workforce that delivers on strategic and operational priorities
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and advise on people related issues, exercising sound judgement, empathy and discretion, when dealing with sensitive issues and cases to deliver positive, productive and inclusive workforce solutions
- Coach and advise business stakeholders on a range of people, culture and workforce solutions to support business strategies, plans, priorities and ensure fit for purpose services to meet customer requirements
- Undertake research and analysis and prepare documentation and reports on workforce information and trends, with recommendations to inform workforce planning
**Must Haves**:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- The ability to work 40hours per week, 8 hours per day
- Previous experience in case management **is essential**:
- Previous government experience is desired
- **MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED
