Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative based in the Greater Sydney Area. In this role, you will engage with clients to generate leads, manage accounts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations, preparing quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating with internal teams, you will also support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to overall sales objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
* Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Proficiency in Account Management and developing long-term relationships with clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
* Experience within the steel or construction industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
