* Deliver professional reception, administration and customer service support.
* Coordinate office systems, procedures and workflow to support efficient operations.
* Manage enquiries and communications in a responsive and customer-focused manner.
* Support clinical and non-clinical staff with administrative tasks and information flow.

How to Apply

* Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, and knowing when to elevate matters of importance and/or urgency.
* Demonstrated computer/data entry skills, specifically MS office products, e-mail and iPM.
* Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a health setting.
