We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple centres, guiding and empowering a collaborative team of Centre Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Regional Performance: Take ownership of a portfolio of Services, driving exceptional quality, operational excellence, and consistent business performance.
* Champion Values & Culture: Embed organisational values and create environments where children, families, and teams thrive.
* Develop & Empower Leaders: Mentor and uplift Centre Directors, strengthening capability across leadership, compliance, education, inclusion, and financial performance.
* Be the Strategic Connector: Act as the vital link between Centres and Support Office, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and solutions-focused support.
* Drive Quality, Compliance & Safety: Ensure all Services meet regulatory standards, educational frameworks, and financial targets while maintaining joyful, child-centred practice.
* Lead Workforce Stability: Drive proactive workforce planning, targeted recruitment, and retention strategies to build strong, fully staffed teams.
* Strengthen Partnerships: Build constructive relationships with the Department of Education and collaborate closely with Area Managers and Support Office specialists.
* Lead Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and ongoing capability uplift across quality, people development, and operational systems.
* Create Lasting Impact: Influence outcomes that directly enhance children's learning experiences and shape the future of early education in your region.
Requirements:
* A relevant Early Childhood qualification or equivalent experience.
* An experienced leader with a background in larger organisations, capable of overseeing multiple sites as an Area Manager while providing strong guidance and support to centres.
* Demonstrated experience in achieving strong financial and commercial outcomes across multiple sites.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and strategic problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple sites and drive consistent results.
* A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulations.
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Child Protection qualification, current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma Management training, and a valid Working with Children Check.
