About the role
We are looking for a full time experienced and accurate data entry specialist to join our busy team located at our Dorsett Retail Group's head office in Bunbury (WA). You will be working with our Price and Product Coordinator and coordinate with our Retravision Product Category Managers.
With a key focus on accuracy, the role helps to render profit for our retail and wholesale segments through PriceBook data entry, updating, formatting and maintenance of pricing in our data base (CRMS) to the benefit of our customers and the broader business. Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
What you'll be doing
The role includes but is not limited to:
* Data Entry: entering, updating of product data with the aim of improving operations and/or in-store experiences to ultimately drive sales.
* Inventory (orders): monitoring the orders inbox and place/approve orders; adjust purchase orders when requested by our Category Managers or an authorised staff member; maintain and communicate backorder reporting in-line with product availability changes to Category Managers, members and relevant stakeholders.
* Reporting & Analytics (in conjunction with data entry): run and communicate pre-defined reports (monthly, weekly and/or on authorised request.
* Administration: managing information and data in a confidential manner, complete all administration tasks in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy with other duties as required.
What we're looking for
* Permanent work rights in Australia

* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to quickly organise and prioritise workload requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid knowledge of Excel
* Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable with the ability to work collaboratively or with minimal supervision
* Strong understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness
* Ability to:
* follow established procedures and to implement changes as needed
* remain professional at all times
* pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
* Police Clearance (less than 2 months old)
* Business or IT certificate or diploma (or higher) would be highly regarded
