For over 20 years, Tricon Mining Equipment has been a successful turnkey sales and service provider to mining, quarrying, ports and bulk materials handing industries.

We are currently looking for a mechanically minded, multi-skilled, energetic, passionate and motivated person to join our existing team to lead our spare parts sales and assist with the coordination of warehouse activities.

This position offers an opportunity for an experienced, independent and quick thinking person to utilise their technical skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Based at Warnervale on the Northern end of the Central Coast your daily duties will include;

* Handle all incoming parts enquiries.

* Picking, packing and dispatching of spare parts.

* Manage inventory levels, and place stock orders with factories.

* Liaise with existing customers, and generate new business opportunities.

* Work closely with Tricon's National Sales and Transport Teams - Coordinating machine movements (incoming and outgoing).

* Preparing machines for hire/sale, conducting inbound and outbound inspections etc.

* Carry out machine maintenance and repairs as required.

To be successful for this role, you must have the following;

* Full unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License – HR desirable.

* Current Forklift license is a must.

* Previous experience working within the mining, crushing, screening, quarry or related industries would be highly regarded, but not essential.

* Mechanical and technical background - must be able to interpret manufacturers parts, schematic drawings and service manuals.

* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* Previous experience in customer service highly desired.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative, problem solve and be self sufficient.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.

* A strong work ethic and drive to succeed !

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday and will require travel in a company vehicle between sites from Newcastle to the Central Coast.
