Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Not for Profit Outside of School Hours Care and Early Years provider that supports families and the local community across Greater Western Sydney and the Hills District. Role details: Full-time position – 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Before School Care hours: 6:45am – 9:00am After School Care hours: 2:00pm – 6:30pm $38–$43 per hour superannuation Out-of-ratio hours provided, offering flexibility and a healthy work–life balance About the Service: Licensed for 165 places, you will be supported by the Co-ordinator and another Assistant Co-ordinator The organisation will support you to complete your Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, including paid study leave Strong focus on professional development, training, and ongoing upskilling Well-established, positive relationships with families and the wider community Inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture About You: Experience working in Outside of School Hours Care or Early Years Education A genuine passion for mentoring, supporting, and developing educators Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills Qualification in Early Years Education and Care and/or Outside of School Hours Care (desirable but not essential) Current First Aid, Working With Children Check, and Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Motivated, ambitious, and eager to continue growing professionally Why Join Our Client?
