* About the Role
* We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe Care Community. This is a full-time opportunity based in Neutral Bay, with Monday to Friday working hours.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* The role involves assisting with the processing of fortnightly staff payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing.
* You will also be responsible for assisting with client services and general enquiries, as well as supporting recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts.
* In addition, you will perform reception and other administrative duties as required, and manage team rosters and timesheets.
