PurposeAs a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will warmly welcome guests and accompany them on a journey through our culinary offerings. Your expertise will shine as you recommend standout dishes and beverages, showcasing mastery in all things delicious. Your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit will help make every event a success.
Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story

* Elevate dining experiences with personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
* Upsell to enhance the guest experience and create lasting impressions
* Proactively source information to increase product knowledge

* Care for your space by setting up and packing service areas meticulously
Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
* Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting (strongly valued)
* Adaptable across diverse F&B settings with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
* Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory
* Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team
