Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Executive based in Canberra, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Client Services Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met while fostering long-term business relationships. Responsibilities will include managing client communications, resolving inquiries and concerns, analyzing client needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves working collaboratively with other departments to enhance the client experience and maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction to effectively manage and exceed client expectations.
Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
Solid Analytical Skills to assess client needs, resolve issues, and propose practical solutions.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in the cleaning services or facilities management industry is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
