When you join the RAB Graduate Program, you'll be in the thick of the action, working within agribusiness and regional commercial businesses. You’ll play a key role in assisting our customers to achieve their goals, helping build a prosperous and sustainable future for regional Australia.
Over the course of your 12-15 month program, you’ll spend time in regional business centres, meeting with customers, managing portfolios, and undertaking financial analysis and credit reviews. You’ll learn from experienced bankers to provide world-class, tailored financial solutions.

The program offers exposure to areas such as Credit Risk, Commercial Loan Origination, and Group Corporate Services, alongside the broader Business Banking team. You’ll participate in development sessions, workshops, and strategic projects.
At the end of your program, you’ll start your career as an Analyst, gaining experience and financial skills to become a successful banker. From there, your opportunities are limitless.
