Asset Management Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the statewide lifecycle management of built infrastructure that supports health services in Tasmania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and applying an Asset Management Systems approach to ensure built infrastructure meets current and future health service delivery needs. You will provide asset management advice to operational Facilities and Engineering Teams across the state and support these teams in implementing statewide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead improvement to the Department's Asset Management maturity by implementing an Asset Management Systems Approach aligned to international standards.
* Manage the implementation and operation of statewide initiatives such as the Asset Information Management System and Maintenance Management System.
* Undertake detailed asset condition assessments, identifying priority works based on risk assessments, and develop a delivery program that meets legal, regulatory, contractual, and DoH requirements.
Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time role working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $139,470 to $148,863 per annum, plus 12% superannuation contribution.
