Join PCA Ground Engineering as a Site Engineer supporting civil construction, piling, and geotechnical projects across Queensland.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting Project Managers with creating, distributing, and managing project QA/QC documentation and procedures
* Inspecting construction sites to ensure conformance to design specifications and standards
* Collaborating with estimating, engineering, and construction teams to manage projects efficiently and add value to clients
* Participating in industry best practices, health, safety, and environmental initiatives
* Carrying out Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within the design team
About You
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications and experience
* Work experience preferably in civil, foundation, or slope stability projects; graduate engineers are encouraged to apply
* "Can Do" attitude with a problem-solving approach
* Experience in ground engineering sectors such as piled foundations and/or slope stability is favourable
* Proficiency in MS Project (or similar) and MS Office programs
* Clear written and verbal communication skills; candidates may be asked to provide written work examples
* Willingness to travel and work away from head office as required
