Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales and Customer Service
* Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs.
* Provide accurate and compelling information about our range of motorcycles, parts, accessories (P&A), and apparel.
* Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Maintain the showroom floor, ensuring all displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing merchandise.
Service Department Support
* Act as the first point of contact for customers booking motorcycle services, repairs, and warranty work.
* Liaise between customers and the service technicians, clearly communicating service requirements and updates.
* Prepare service job cards and manage the scheduling calendar effectively.
* Handle customer inquiries regarding service pricing, turnaround times, and general maintenance advice.
* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area.
General Team Support
* Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
* Return missed calls and voicemails on the company landline
* Assist with marketing and community engagement activities, including preparations for events.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and represent the GRID Motorcycles brand positively.
Qualifications and Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven reliability and punctuality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
* Basic proficiency with computer systems and POS software (or willingness to learn rapidly).

* Previous experience in a retail sales or service-related environment.
* An unrestricted motorcycle license (useful for assisting customers with test rides and moving motorcycles).
