About the Role
We are seeking Construction Administration Officers to support security-related project administration on a major infrastructure project across three sites: Melton, Truganina, and Craigieburn. This is an initial 6‑month contract with the potential to extend.
These are site‑based positions, working closely with our project team and client to ensure strict compliance with construction security administration requirements.
Previous experience in construction, project administration, project management, safety, or similar fields is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for motivated individuals with strong work ethics; training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor site induction programs.
* Ensure employee skills, licences, and qualifications are current.
* Authorise inductions.
* Ensure compliance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP), protocols, and policies.
* Document and report issues promptly to the CSO Team Leader.
To Be Successful, You Will Need
* Active Baseline Security Clearance.
* Construction Induction White Card (can be obtained post‑hire).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
* A positive, team‑focused attitude.
