About the role
This hands‑on leadership role supports the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations, team performance, and customer experience. You will lead from the front, ensure the store is trading safely and efficiently, and step into leadership when required.
What you will do
* Support day‑to‑day store operations
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team
* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety
* Oversee stock levels, inventory routines, and deliveries
* Ensure accurate POS transactions and cash handling
* Operate fuel consoles, food prep areas, barista stations, and lottery terminals
