Position
Casual Guest Experience Officer – Ulladulla Holidays site, reporting to the Park Manager.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities, ensuring a smooth check‐in and check‐out experience.
* Convert walk‐in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
* Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after‐hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules.
Qualifications
* Passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service.
* Experience in hospitality or tourism, or enthusiasm for building skills in a guest‐focused role.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems such as Newbook, with a willingness to learn and grow in a tech‐enabled environment.
* Collaborative teamwork, empathetic communication, and strong attention to detail.
* Valid Working with Children Check.
* Current automatic driver's licence.
