Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Canberra location for a Customer Service Representative. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing support, addressing questions or concerns, and assisting in maintaining smooth workplace operations. The role requires collaboration with team members to uphold JAGA's reputation for excellence in service and workspace quality.
