About the role
We have a full-timehybrid opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, at our Parramattastore.
Asthe face of Medibank in yourarea,you will:
* Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
* Support them across multiple channels –in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
* Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
* Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.
This role includes aflexible rotating rosterworkingMonday to Friday with some Saturday work.The working hours are between 8am - 8pm withmaximum8-hourshifts (e.g. 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm).
You will be a part of ageographically based, cross-functionalteams, with a sharedgoaltobuild stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised supportin your area.
Whatwe'relooking for
