Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Level 1 inquiries.
3. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for Level 2 escalations.
4. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access rights.
5. Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.
6. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
7. Maintain and update the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
8. Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
Qualifications:
9. Solid experience in IT support or a related field.
10. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
11. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues across various platforms.
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
13. The customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
14. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
15. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
16. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.
