Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing participants and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.
* Providing support and advice to participants.
* Referring and consulting within the multidisciplinary team.
* Facilitating group therapy sessions.
* Overseeing placement students.
* Working full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations (Griffith, Tumut).
* Participating in daily peer-to-peer learning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* The right to work in Australia.
* Recent graduation (within the last 2 years) or eligibility to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration.
* Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation, if applicable.
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive base starting salary of $78,000.
* Graduate incentive payments at 6, 12, and 24 months of service (totaling $4,000–$6,500 depending on location).
