About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing high-impact lifecycle programs that accelerate onboarding, deepen engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design, launch, and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns that guide players through onboarding, conversion, and re-engagement stages
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data teams to develop targeted, personalised, and experiment-driven communications
* Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and triggers within the CRM and marketing technology stack
* Build and execute A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to continuously improve campaign performance
* Analyse campaign data to recommend and implement enhancements that drive retention and increase customer lifetime value
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have 2 to 4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably within digital product or eCommerce environments.
You will be proficient with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, or similar tools.
A strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and behavioural triggers is essential.
You will also possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within lifecycle marketing initiatives.
