As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our Crushing and Engineering Divisions, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of supply chain services.
Duties & Responsibilities
* The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee the development and execution of our Supply Chain Strategy, managing contracts with suppliers of goods and services, and leading the Procurement, Logistics, and Stores team.
* Leadership responsibilities include guiding the Procurement, Logistics, and Stores functions in Crushing and Engineering businesses, as well as acting as a conduit for global stakeholders.
* This role requires coordination with Procurement Leads from other divisions to align with global expectations, requirements, and requests.
* Strong relationships with suppliers will be built and maintained, ensuring alignment with our values and objectives.
* The negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers, compliance with terms and conditions, and regulatory requirements will be overseen by the Senior Procurement Manager.
* Cost-saving initiatives will be driven, expenses monitored, and quality standards maintained within budgetary constraints.
* Continuous evaluation and improvement of procurement, stores, and logistics processes will enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.
* Risks related to supply chain disruptions, market fluctuations, and supplier reliability will be identified and mitigated.
* A culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence will be fostered in the Supply Chain team.
* Initiatives to optimize Supply Chain performance through automation and systemization will be developed and implemented.
* Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies will be ensured, particularly regarding ethical sourcing and environmental sustainability.
* Reports on procurement performance, including key metrics, cost savings, and supplier performance evaluations, will be prepared and presented.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and driving cost savings.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with supply chain management software and systems.
