About Work and Study Online
headspace Work and Study Online helps young people aged 15-25 years to reach their work and study goals through tailored support with a Work and Study Specialist. The service is free, nation-wide, delivered via phone, video or webchat, voluntary and integrates work and study and mental health support.
About the role
* Responsible for the day-to-day management and support of a small team of Clinical Advisors
* Leadership and oversight of the direct clinical support offered to young people
* Developing policies and procedures to guide clinical practice
* Providing clinical expertise for the effective and safe delivery of clinical integrated services
* Contributing to the ongoing design and improvement of clinical service provision and integration in Work and Study Online
Who we're looking for
* A dynamic and strong leader who has significant clinical and team management experience
* Advanced level clinical skills with (youth) mental health and demonstrated knowledge and experience in the provision of mental health assessments, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and short-term mental health interventions to young people
* Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline including social work, psychology, mental health nursing, and occupational therapy or a master's in counselling (minimum level 4 ACA)
