The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts per day.
**Below is locations and operating hours**:
- Ipswich: 5:30am - 9pm, weekend work optional.
- Redbank Plains, Yamanto & Booval: 8-5pm

**Key responsibilities**:
Drive high-quality reception and contact center services.
Efficiently manage appointments for excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
**Key qualifications**:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre qualified (desirable).
Ability to handle high call volumes with ease.
Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and ability to thrive in a team environment.
