About you:

You have a passion for work that creates meaningful change. You will have high-level experience working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and be:

* Professional, enthusiastic, innovative, resilient and flexible
* Outcome-focussed, proactive, and driven to deliver a consistently high standard of work.

Relevant qualifications in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or other relevant tertiary qualifications with 7+ years relevant demonstrated experience to fulfil the responsibilities including Acting as the Company Secretary to the QCOSS Board and Committees in addition to:

* Demonstrated high-level project management skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and stakeholders needs, coupled with excellent interpersonal, engagement, consultation, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated high-level experience in managing and delivering across a range of operational areas including human resources, industrial relations, finance, organisational policy, governance, contract management, and ICT.
* Superior skill and expertise in preparing a range of written documents including correspondence, project proposals, briefings and reports with a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a multi-disciplined team in a high-volume quality environment.
* A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and commitment to the work of QCOSS and our commitment to social justice.

In addition, the following mandatory requirement applies:

* Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.

What you will get:

We will offer you a flexible, exciting, rewarding full-time (38 hrs/week) permanent position in a great place to work.

All this plus a competitive remuneration package between $134, $139,663.68 per annum dependent on relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Superannuation of 13% and salary packaging benefits apply in addition to flexible work arrangements including working from home, flex time and time off in lieu provisions.
