We are currently seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess the energy, consistency and creativity to deliver exceptional menu items.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook and plate menu items to meet the highest standards.
* Ensure kitchen organization, cleanliness and safety/hygiene standards are consistently met.
* Assist with inventory management, quality checks and stock control.
* Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery.
* Support colleagues and contribute to problem-solving under pressure.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, time management and adaptability skills.
* Passion for delivering high-quality food, innovative flavour combinations and visually appealing presentation.
* A certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but relevant experience is highly valued.
