Delivering exceptional performance and driving efficiency across Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities is a key aspect of this role.
About the Opportunity
* This position requires strong technical guidance, planning, and support for Maintenance Planners to ensure seamless execution of planned maintenance activities.
* Ensuring work meets scope, Engineering Change Management requirements, and client expectations is essential.
* High-quality documentation is crucial, with all records quality-controlled, signed, recorded, and uploaded into the CMMS system.
* Objective Quality Evidence documentation must be delivered to support work delivery.
* Class Survey documentation management and presentation to vessel Master and Class Surveyor are also critical tasks.
* Driving contractor performance to meet project deadlines and agreed outcomes is vital.
The Ideal Candidate
* Project supervision experience in the marine or maintenance industry is required.
* Australian citizenship or eligibility for security clearance is necessary.
* Solid knowledge of permit systems, Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis Management is essential.
* Construction industry blue or white card and WH&S experience are also required.
* Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and CMMS systems or willingness to learn are necessary.
* Diploma in Marine Engineering or considerable marine platform experience is preferred.
* Qualifications in Confined Space, Working at Heights, Monitoring/Managing Atmospheres are highly desirable.
* Project Management qualifications and First Aid certification are advantageous.
