The Role
* Mid-tier client – Highly regarded national mid-tier firm looking for a mid-level construction litigation lawyer. Working with two highly regarded Partners across a range of construction and project disputes work. Enviable firm culture.
* In-house role - Abu Dhabi. Our client is one of the world's fastest growing renewable energy companies and it has two opportunities at the 6+ PQE level – 1 x Project Development Lawyer and 1 x Construction/Projects Lawyer. The Construction Lawyer can have either front end or back end experience – however if you are a back-end lawyer you must have a good understanding of EPC contracts.
AMAZING salary package - Over USD200k salary + housing allowance, school fees and BONUS (approx. 30 to 50%)
* Construction Litigation role involving international work in the Australian office of a UK-headquartered international 3-8 PQE
* Front end Projects and Construction.Leading national mid-tier firm looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join highly regarded team. Partnership path available. Strong client base and solid pipeline of front and back end work across construction, development and infrastructure.
* Top-tier client – Opportunity for a front-end construction lawyer at both the Associate and Senior Associate level to join top-ranked top-tier client. You will have the chance to work with a broad range of clients including a broad government practice, major local and international contractors and principals. Chance to draft and negotiate a range of project documentation, including construction contracts, consultancy agreements and PPPs. Flexible workplace arrangements.
* US Firm looking for multiple Projects and Project Finance Lawyers at both the Associate and Senior Associate level. Premium salaries and the best workflows in Australia. Energy Transition Projects and Project Finance work is available
* Top Tier international client looking for front and back end construction lawyers at 3-8PQE to advise across a diverse contractor, developer and public sector client group - top range pay and development opportunities
* Back-end litigation and disputes roles at a major world player suiting applicants with between 3-7+ years experience in a top tier or equivalent. Band one Partner mentorship and international opportunities in the future
* Multiple Project Finance Lawyer roles in the top tier - selection of firms looking at the Associate and Senior Associate level. Sponsorship available to suitably experienced international candidates
