Job Details
This role involves assisting in the reconciliation of daily transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring strict security procedures are followed.
* Provide exceptional service to guests, handling inquiries, messages, and requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain precise guest records, updating information as necessary.
* Action notifications, flags, and specials, distributing relevant reports and handovers accordingly.
* Liaise with housekeeping for room status updates and manage lost property communications.
* Complete daily worksheets, express check-out envelopes, and adhere to night audit protocols.
* E nsure accurate account postings, cashiering balances, and proper handling of cash, credit, and documentation.
* Maintain security measures, including safe deposit boxes and access controls.
* Process wake-up calls and respond to complaints promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a high-end hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Ariel would be advantageous.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
