Reporting to the Director of Workplace Relations and supported by an experienced senior HR consultant, this is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and wants to make a genuine impact across the organisation.
This is a part-time role working three days per week from the office. It is a broad, hands-on HR role where you'll partner with employees and leaders across the business and be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR support while also contributing to projects, process improvements and initiatives that help create a positive and high performing workplace.

Key responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain employees aligned with our values
* Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
* Prepare and maintain accurate employment documentation and employee records
* Support performance review and performance management processes
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
* Coordinate employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures
* Assist with WHS compliance activities and reporting
* Coordinate learning and development activities
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful you will have
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Previous experience in a HR coordinator, HR officer or similar role
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, solutions focused approach
