About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our HR team as an operational support assistant.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, conducting reference checks, coordinating employee inductions, assisting with staff training and development, and offering guidance on relevant legislation and agreements.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, administratively skilled, and organized, possessing at least 12 months of experience working in a similar role.
A strong understanding of software packages such as Employment Hero and experience using Office 365 are essential. The ability to identify and implement continuous improvement in systems and procedures is also desirable.
