ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry, ideally coming from a custom or renovation background as our client are building homes valued over $4 million. Working alongside the Project Manager, this role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience as a Leading Hand and is now looking for that next step in their career.
This opportunity requires someone who has great attention to detail and is driven by delivering quality work. You will still be required to be on the tools and support the carpentry team, but also reporting directly to the PM. So, if youre looking for that exposure this could be a great role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Fully qualified carpentry certificate (Cert 3 in Carpentry) is required
* Minimum of 3 years with a luxury residential builder
* Ability to work towards targets and deadlines while driving a team
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Own vehicle/tools are required
