Job Description:
This is a dynamic and challenging role in which you will be responsible for facilitating administrative client queries, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing client accounts.
You will need to have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A key aspect of this role is building relationships with internal stakeholders and departments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Client Service/Dealer's Assistant/Adviser's Assistant role, and will hold their RG146 qualification or be studying towards it.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess a high level of attention to detail, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Desirable tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or Economics
* RG146 – if not held, a requirement to study towards
* Experience within wealth management, stockbroking, or financial planning
