Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and families seeking information about aged care services.
Working closely with our Regional Home Care office, you will play a vital role in ensuring that older Australians receive compassionate, accurate, and timely support as they navigate the aged care system.
Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer engagement skills, providing guidance on available aged care funded programs and our fee-for-service offerings.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams to determine appropriate care pathways and urgency, and maintain accurate documentation in line with organisational policies.
