Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented maintenance administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
* Prepare job packs and ensure availability of necessary tools, materials, and resources.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
* Track progress and generate reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including customer communication and document handling.
* Support quotation preparation and customer follow-up to drive business growth.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
* 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English.
* Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus.
* Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable.
* Skilled in technical communication and problem-solving.
