Materials Technician Lead
As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory tests and calibrations. This role involves leading a team of technicians, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of equipment.
* Conduct regular quality control assessments on ready-mix and quarry materials
* Perform routine checks on equipment to guarantee its precision and dependability
* Lead your team with confidence, providing guidance and support as needed
* Maintain precise records and report results to management in a timely manner
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar leadership position is essential (Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques preferred)
* Demonstrated commitment to health and safety protocols, with a focus on risk awareness and customer satisfaction
* Physically fit and holding a valid driver's license
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (written and verbal)
