Overview
Store Manager - Gyprock (Thornleigh, NSW) at CSR Limited is a permanent full-time role based at our new store in Thornleigh, NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will join our Gyprock business and assist in customer service, sales, warehouse duties, and lead the team.

Responsibilities
* Champion a safety-first culture within the store to pursue a zero-harm environment and ensure safe practices are followed.
* Manage the sales and operation activities of the store.
* Ensure the store meets budget and identify areas for improvement.
* Promote and manage catalogue sales and campaigns to grow category sales and maintain margin.
* Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Collaborate with Inventory and State Manager to ensure inventory is aligned with national direction and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with retail ready standards, housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
* Monitor and coach employees to achieve performance and development plans.
* Forklift licence is desirable; willingness to obtain one is required.
Qualifications
* Full-time availability with flexibility to work Monday to Friday 6am–3pm, with some Saturdays required.
* Experience in store management, customer service, and sales operations is preferred.
* Ability to lead a team and drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
