Who are we? Landpower and the CLAAS Harvest Centre network is the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution network in Australasia. We sell and service machinery to farmers and their contractors from our locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Our Melbourne, Perth and Christchurch offices co-ordinate wholesale activities and provide support functions. About the role:
Reporting to our Branch Manager a fantastic opportunity exists for an Administratorto join our busy Harvest Centre in Wagga Wagga.
This role will oversee a broad range of administration tasks to support the Branch Manager, Sales, Service and Parts Teams.
* Coordinate the on-boarding and exiting of staff, including assisting managers with the recruitment, induction, and performance management
* Manage customer enquiries promptly and courteously with enthusiasm
* Organising the servicing of workshop vehicles
* Receiving and processing orders and oversee warranty claims
* Assist with coordination of the annual budgeting process
* Coordination of IT systems and promptly address any issues
* Championing our Health and Safety program
About you:
* You hold a Valid Driver's Licence
* You have strong administration skills with ability to prioritise workload and show initiative
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You are well organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise
* You are resilient and comfortable working in a demanding environment
* Proficient with Office 365 and system savvy
* An affinity with the agricultural industry will be beneficial
