Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional support services to our residents. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home, including laundry duties, food preparation, and cleaning tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner. They will also assist with basic food preparation, serving meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing as part of catering/food services duties.
