Job Description
On behalf of our client, TYMAK PTY LTD AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NAS FAMILY TRUST Mount Isa QLD 4825, we are advertising for the position of Shift Manager/ Department Manager. The position of Shift Manager/ Department Manager is a Level 2 employee under the Fast Food Industry Award.
* Responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on each shift.
* Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.
* Engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca's Experience to life on each and every shift.
* Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald's experience.
* Comply with restaurant safety and security standards, including investigating all incidents and taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
* Escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary.
* Responsible for running a primary system which is critical for daily operations of a 24/7 business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $76,515.00- $80,000.00 per year
