Are you an experienced Infrastructure/Networks/Systems Engineer who enjoys variety — solving technical challenges one day and delivering new projects the next?

The Opportunity
As an Infrastructure / Project Engineer, you'll work across both BAU support (30%) and project delivery (70%). You'll provide hands‑on technical support and consultancy services covering storage, virtualisation, cloud, networking, security, servers and data management. Work both remotely and onsite with customers in the Melbourne metro area.
Applicants must be based within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
What You'll Do
* Deploy and configure Windows Server environments and domain controllers.
* Apply security baselines, GPOs, and firewall configurations.
* Manage Active Directory, LAPS, and internet proxy services.
* Implement and maintain backup, monitoring, and antivirus solutions.
* Deliver infrastructure projects across virtualisation, networking, cloud, and data management.
* Provide responsive Level 2/3 support and produce clear documentation and test plans.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in infrastructure, network support, or project delivery.
* Demonstrated hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining network switches and routers.
* Expertise with Microsoft technologies — Azure, Intune, SCCM, MEM, AD, SharePoint, O365, Windows Server.
* Knowledge of SQL backup/management, Veeam, RAID, iLO, and bare metal restores.
* Experience with virtualisation (Hyper‑V, VMware, Nutanix).
* Cloud management and security knowledge highly regarded.
