The role:
Cater Care is looking for a Full-Time Chef Manager to join our team at a key site in Mount Eliza. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, making it perfect for someone highly organised who appreciates a smooth-running kitchen.
Roster: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
* Managing food preparation, presentation, and on-site operations
* Overseeing food and labor cost management
* Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
* Ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
* Leading, developing, and managing the team
* Support bulk cooking operations
Skills & experience:
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Previous experience in kitchen operations and/or site management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A professional approach to personal appearance and hygiene
