Store Performance Lead
Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Store Performance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and compliant store environment.
* Lead daily operations to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
* Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
* Manage visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to drive sales and improve customer experience.
* Assist with rostering and wage cost management to optimize store efficiency.
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage store inventory levels to ensure optimal stock holding.
* Contribute to effective rostering and wage cost management to optimize store efficiency.
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
